Ex and Professor Deus are very clearly panicking at Karna’s appearance.
“R-Race: Black dragon. She bears many similarities to Takumi’s ally Chloe but they’re a 62% match. It’s someone else. They haven’t come into contact with Takumi before. There’s no match for any known person in my data! T-The possibilities at this point are…..”
“Professor, hurry up! I’m getting scared! She’s really glaring at me!”
While standing in front of me, Karna opens both her arms.
Black orbs float above her palms.
“N-Not summoned but created perhaps!? Did he create a dragon that resembled Chloe in that instant? Maybe the rumour that his father is the god of creation is true!?”
“That’s it! I’m shooting it all!!”
“Wait Ex! Let’s withdraw for now!”
Professor Deus’ order was too late.
While firing her machine gun, Ex also launched the rockets on her back.
“Uoooooo, it’s not looking good, dammit!!”
The vast hail of bullets and rockets have no effect on Karna.
“Evil Dragon Darkness Vacuum Sphere”
The black orbs in her hands expand.
Just like how she protected me before, the bullets and rockets are all sucked into them.

Karna clenches her hands and the two black spheres that absorbed all the bullets burst open with a pop.
Fragments of the bullets clatter on the ground like a small firework.

Karna has completely overwhelmed her enemy.

Ex throws away the machine gun and rocket launchers and slashes at Karna with the beam saber in her left hand.
“Hah, I’ll smash right through”
Karna brings her clenched fists in front of her and separates them slowly.
From the space between her fists, darkness pours out, forming a black sword.
“Evil Dragon Darkness Greatsword”
She swings the completed pitch black sword.
It meets Ex’s beam saber and pulverises it in one hit.
“Ah ah ah aaaaaahhhh”
Ex looks towards Professor Deus in dismay.
“Wa-Wait. There’s explosives on Ex. I’ve rigged enough to blow this mountain away without a trace!”
Oh yeah.
I forgot about that point.
“Karna”
“It’s fine”
Karna takes the sword in her right hand as she forms a black orb in the left.
“I’ll absorb any explosion”
Ex and Professor Deus’ faces turn blue.
She’s strong. I didn’t think that unsealed Karna would be this strong.
“Pr-Professor, release my limiter. There’s no option left”
“D-Don’t be stupid. You can’t control it yet”
“But at this rate we’re just going to die!”
Ex and Professor Deus seem to be arguing over something.
If Ex is talking about removing some kind of limiter then maybe it would be best to defeat her now before it turns into an issue.
“Hey, Karna…..”
“Can’t do, Takkun. If my opponent is going to go all out, then I need to respond accordingly”
“Huh? You knew what I was thinking?”
“More or less, I got what you meant”
Karna said happily.
Is her abilities the same from when she was a demon sword I wonder.

Professor Deus’ words cause Ex’s goggles to light up and display panels in the sky showing various numbers.
Is Ex a machine similar to Machina?
“To release the limiter a password is required”
Professor Deus’ presses on some numbers and the light in Ex’s goggles fade.
[Limit Break]
Instead red text appears on them.
Red and blue vein like streaks appear all over Ex’s body.
It’s code. Machine code is running over Ex’s body.
“A full body cyborg!? No an artificial human!?”
“This is bad Takkun, that thing’s strong”
Karna’s voice sounds more excited than worried though.
“Viiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii”
The words that came out of Ex’s mouth were no longer that of a cute girl.
Ex screams in a machine voice impossible for humans to replicate.
This is seriously bad. That’s terrifying.
“Go Ex. Scatter them”
“OK PROFESSOR. GOING NOW”
I hear the sound of an explosion.
The sound of Ex simply charging Karna.
Just that was enough to smash the ground.
Ex charges headfirst into Karna’s with a speed unimaginable for a human.
“Evil Dragon Black Layered Shield”
The black orb in Karna’s left hand morphs into a large shield that deploys in front of her.
“SOMETHING LIKE THAT!”
Without concern, Ex slams her head straight into the black shield.
“I’LL SMASH RIGHT THROUGH!”
She blows away Karna’s shield.
But Ex doesn’t stop.
She crashes into Karna’s abdomen like a human torpedo.
“Guu, gaaaaaa”
Karna passes by my side and flies away.
It sounded like she crashed into something but I can’t check.
I can’t take my eyes off from Ex in front of me.
“FUUUUUUU”
Ex is on all fours with smoke leaking out of her body.
Like a machine about to overheat.
She’s clearly past her limits.
The red and blue code twist around violently on her body like a living creature.
“I CAN, KEEP GOING. TRY TO STOP ME, IF YOU CAN!”
Ex stands up, looking to target me next.
But I don’t panic.
Just as Karna knows me, I too know Karna.
She wouldn’t get done in by something like this.
“GaaAAAAaaaAAAAAAAaaaaaa”
Karna’s roar reverberates.
Causing Ex to freeze.
Her presence causes me to turn around too.
Standing there is Karna in dragon form.
She’s a size larger than Chloe.
Her mouth is lined with pointed fangs and her sharp claws dig into the earth, she’s much more savage looking that Chloe.
Karna is clearly more specialised for combat.
“I won’t hold back anymore”
“INTERESTING, I’LL GO AT FULL POWER TOO THEN”
The two clash with fearsome power.
Amidst their fight, my eyes meet with Professor Deus.
If I manage to capture him right now, I might be able to gather a lot of information about the mastermind.
With a smile I approach Professor Deus who steps back at a similar pace.
Amidst the heated battle between the those in the strongest class, a dull battle between those in the weakest class secretly began.
